Check your credit allocation before you generate

A photo service should make a simple promise: you know how many standard images you can request and what happens if an image cannot be delivered. LookScene is currently a free invitation preview. Invited accounts can claim a one-time trial allocation, valid for 30 days, without a payment card. Additional credits can be requested through support. Paid packages are unavailable during this phase; the sections about purchases and purchase-linked redos below describe future paid-service rules, not benefits of the current free allocation.

Read the package summary, currency, tax total and expiry before paying. Sign in with the account where you want the credits to appear. A different email entered at a payment service does not transfer a purchase to a different LookScene account. Keep the order reference if you need help.

Understand available, reserved and consumed credits

Available credits can fund another request. Reserved credits belong to a request already in progress. Consumed credits correspond to images that were received, decoded and saved for your account. These are stages of the same credit, rather than separate charges.

Your account activity records each stage. Do not add a reservation and its later consumption together as if two images were purchased. A returned credit from an expired or refunded package does not become a new, indefinitely valid credit.

Distinguish a technical failure from a style preference

A file that cannot be delivered is a technical problem. An image that arrives but gives you a fringe you dislike is a style question. The remedies are different because a model may have completed useful technical work while missing your personal preference.

For definite failures, the reserved credit is released. For eligible paid deliveries, the current policy allows two aesthetic redo images per purchase within seven days of payment. The redo must use the original and style from a delivered job funded by that purchase. Eligibility is checked before another request is queued. Read the refund and redo policy for the current terms.

Do not repeatedly submit an uncertain request

A lost connection does not prove that an image service stopped working. The provider might have completed its work while the response never reached the application. LookScene labels this situation for reconciliation and does not automatically send the paid request again.

Open My photos, check the recorded job and use its feedback link. Include what you observed, such as the time and visible status. You do not need to send your card number, password or another copy of a private photo. The operator uses the request reference to investigate the original attempt.

Keep a useful record of a refund request

Use the help link next to the affected order. Say whether the package is unused, whether any images arrived, and which job caused the concern. Unused packages and partially used purchases require different review. A support request is not itself a completed refund: your order history and payment provider must confirm the result.
