Operator and scope
LookScene is a personal software service operated under the LookScene brand by an individual based in China. Contact the operator through Help & contact. It generates hairstyle, outfit and scene variations from an adult user’s own photo. It does not sell clothing, physical goods, wardrobe management or professional stylist consultations.
Accounts and consent
You must be an adult and have the rights and explicit consent needed to process the submitted photo. Keep account access secure. Do not upload another person’s likeness without permission or use the service for impersonation, intimate abuse or deceptive identity documents.
Current access and future packages
The current service is a free invitation-only preview. Eligible accounts may claim one trial allocation, valid for 30 days, without a payment card. The pricing page separately describes proposed one-time paid packages; these are not available to purchase yet. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Digital deliverables
One credit covers one standard image successfully generated and saved to your private gallery. Choose 1, 2 or 4 images and review the required credits before submitting. Packages provide service usage, not cash, transferable stored value or a gift card. Paid credits, when launched, will be valid for 365 days from confirmed payment. File retention remains 7 days for originals and 30 days for outputs, independently of credit validity.
Delivery and interruptions
Generation is queued and delivery time depends on capacity and the image provider; no fixed completion time is guaranteed. The studio shows task status and the gallery provides downloads. Definite technical failures release eligible reserved credits; partial delivery consumes credits only for delivered outputs. Uncertain requests are investigated before resubmission to avoid duplicate costs.
Price and payment
Proposed prices are in US dollars for a single purchase. Applicable taxes will be shown in checkout before payment. If approved and enabled, Paddle will handle the transaction as merchant of record under its buyer terms. Credits are issued only after server-side payment confirmation; a browser return page is not proof of payment.
Results and usage rights
AI may alter facial details, hair, clothing, proportions and backgrounds. Check each image before using it. Results are visual ideas, not proof of real events, accurate garment fit, professional advice or guaranteed identity preservation. You retain your rights in the uploaded original and grant only the processing permission necessary for the service. Output use remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights and the content policy; we do not promise exclusive copyright or universal commercial clearance.
Refunds and service issues
Read the separate refund policy before any future purchase. Service faults, duplicate charges and undelivered purchases can be reported through Help & contact or the relevant order. Free trial allocations have no cash value. Mandatory consumer remedies are not waived by these terms.
Suspension, changes and contact
Access may be limited for security, abuse or service capacity. Changes to future pricing do not change an already purchased allocation. If service interruptions prevent delivery, contact us for investigation and applicable remedies. We will publish material changes here. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
