Who operates LookScene
LookScene is the trading brand of an individual operator based in China. Use our Help & contact page for privacy requests. We are preparing paid services; this policy does not represent a completed payment-provider approval.
Information we handle
We handle your sign-in email and account identifier, optional Google sign-in identifier, photo-processing consent, uploads, selected styles, generated images, job status, credit activity and support messages. Security controls process request metadata such as IP addresses and session identifiers. Please do not upload identity documents or include card details in support messages.
Why we process it
Account and session data let you sign in and access your own work. With your photo-processing permission, we send your submitted photo and editing instructions for generation. Job, credit and security records support delivery, accounting, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Marketing permission is optional and separate from photo processing.
Photo upload and access
Selecting a photo initially creates a local browser preview. After sign-in and consent, pressing Create uploads it to private storage. We re-encode uploaded images to remove metadata. Image access checks the signed-in owner. Uploading does not authorize public display, testimonials, model promotion or advertising use of your photo.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting and managed storage use Cloudflare. Email and optional Google sign-in support account access. Generation uses a configured third-party image API forwarding service, not a verified direct OpenAI connection. Its downstream processing countries, retention and training practices have not been confirmed. We do not promise zero retention or no training by that provider. Processing may take place outside your country; paid launch requires this provider information to be resolved.
Payments, when available
Paddle is our proposed payment provider, subject to approval and integration verification. If Paddle checkout is enabled, payment and billing details are handled in its checkout under its own privacy notice. LookScene needs order references, purchased package, payment status and refund information to deliver service. Do not send full card numbers or security codes to LookScene. No payment card is required for the current invitation trial.
Retention and deletion
Original photos expire after 7 days and generated images after 30 days. Download results you want to keep. Deleting an image revokes access immediately and queues file cleanup. Deleting an account revokes its sessions and queues photo cleanup. Order, credit, anti-abuse and audit records may remain for accounting, disputes and service protection; the applicable retention schedule must be finalized before paid launch. Gallery deletion does not prove deletion of provider copies or separately retained backups.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect requests. Browser storage may retain illustration favorites and checkout request identifiers, not uploaded photos. These identifiers are used for functionality, not permission to publish your images.
Your choices and requests
Manage optional marketing preferences and account deletion in Account & privacy, and delete photos in your gallery. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests, to withdraw processing permission for future jobs, or to raise a privacy concern. Identity checks may be needed to protect the account. Withdrawal cannot undo processing already completed. Mandatory rights under applicable law are preserved.
Adults and updates
LookScene is intended for adults using their own authorized photos. If you believe a child’s data or an unauthorized likeness has been submitted, contact us. Material changes will be described on this page with a revised date.
